Michael Bean
Michael Bean is the founder and principal broker of Bean Group.The wealth of experience that Michael has gained over the years make him an ideal candidate for sellers looking for a successful real estate marketing expert to sell their property in today's real estate market.
Michael publishes The Bean Report, a blog that tracks housing sales and inventory in communities around the New Hampshire Seacoast and provides insight and commentary on the Seacoast Real Estate market.
Michael began his real estate career and became a REALTOR in August 2001. Michael founded Bean Group in December 2003 and has lead the company's growth to five offices and over 90 REALTORS and employees. He is an active member of the Seacoast Board of REALTORS serving on the Board of Directors. Michael is the 2008 Vice President of NNEREN, the statewide MLS. He also currently serves as Vice-Chairman of the NHAR Communications Committee.
Michael keeps involved in his community, serving on the Board of Directors for Crossroads House, a transitional shelter that helps residents move to stable and decent housing.
Outside the office Michael's passions include golf, skiing, and sailing. He resides in Portsmouth and looks forward to spending his free time with his girlfriend Julie and their golden retriever, Tucker.
Prior to forming The Michael Bean Group, Michael enjoyed a successful tenure as a Sales Associate and Associate Broker with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Portsmouth, NH. Michael's pre-real estate career was focused on business development and sales in the technology industry. Michael is a licensed Real Estate Broker in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. The Bean Group is licensed in New Hampshire, Maine and Vermont.
