Michael Bean is the founder and principal broker of Bean Group. Michael founded The Michael Bean Group in December 2003 and has lead the company's growth from the first office in Portsmouth, New Hampshire to five offices and over 90 REALTORS and employees. He is an active member of the Seacoast Board of REALTORS serving on the Board of Directors. Michael is the 2008 Vice President of NNEREN, the statewide MLS. He also currently serves as Vice-Chairman of the New Hampshire Association of REALTORS Communications Committee.

Michael keeps involved in his community, serving on the Board of Directors for Crossroads House, a transitional shelter that helps residents move to stable and decent housing. Outside the office Michael's passions include golf, skiing, and sailing. He resides in Portsmouth, NH.
